Alex Gannon 
Alex has over 30 years of experience as an IT professional and Chartered Engineer based in the UK, proven track record of providing business/technology services and solutions in large international organisations as well as SME’s. He is a very experienced consultant/project manager with 16 years in investment banking predominantly as an IT manager and over 20 years in Engineering and Technology. Alex has strong people skills combined with good judgement and, besides successfully delivering numerous key projects, over the years has consistently made sound recruitment decisions, building a number of high quality successful teams. He can communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organisation and uses his background as an Engineer and Systems Analyst to provide solutions to business problems with a practical ‘common sense’ approach.
Over a period of 14 years, Alex worked part time as a Computer Science Teacher in a secondary school.
In addition, Alex provides support for SME’s in the engineering and technology sector to make apprenticeships simple, compliant and successful.
With a background in IT, engineering, software development, project management and education, Alex can translate the complexity of apprenticeships into clear, practical solutions that work.
Russell Green
Russell is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSPA). His experience has primarily been focused in the area of business taxation and consulting services, but he also has extensive experience in commercial audit and working with not-for-profit entities. He supports growing private and publicly owned enterprises by providing affordable compliance and operational support and taking ownership of activities that often distract entrepreneurs from growing their business. Russell has carved out a unique business model based on diverse solutions through the passionate pursuit of exceeding expectations.
I was lucky to work with Russell on the board of a non-profit organization. His diligent and detailed efforts enabled full non-profit status with the proper authorities, and the systems and checks he put in place have allowed that organization to thrive with new volunteers after he left. Russell is an individual of high character, and I have consulted him often to help understand and prepare tax and accounting documents.
